The Base Unit (Home) is 336 Sq ft (12' x 28') of indoor living space. The unit can house 1-2 people.  The house design allows for 1 to 3 "Suite Units" to be added to the structure for additional rooms. We designed the home to expand and/or contract based on the homeowners family needs. The "Suite" unit can act as an expansion bedroom or as a mini micro-home. The "Suite" is 12' x 18' providing the homeowner an extra 216 square feet of living space. Include our 12' x 10' "Deck" unit for outdoor space and you create an additional 120 square feet of family living space. Total Square Footage including the "Suite" and "Deck" units creates a 1 bedroom home with a 672 Sq ft. The structure becomes a 24' x 28 ' 1 bedroom home. Total Expansion to a 3 bedroom model creates a 24' x 46' house structure providing over 984 Sq ft of interior living space.
